Kind words from our clients
I first met Allie earlier this year when she provided some PDs around Nurturing Connections for my Early Education Teams. The information and support she provided was invaluable and inspirational and her delivery was interactional and well informed. All my team got so much out of it, including myself.
It was at one of these PDs I approached Allie about one of my teams that needed a little extra support and guidance. They needed to find the right strategies for the children in their room and for their teaching team as their room had a high volume of children with inclusion needs and the educators were unsure of how to make the changes, they needed to support the room. The room needed support as a whole and the children with inclusion needs needed help with their emotional regulation needs and social development.
Allie was able to assist the team with action plans for the whole room and individualised plans that supported the children and educators where they were at in their development and teaching journeys. Allie was personally in the room observing and reflecting with the whole team and revisited at different points with further suggestions and support. Within a week to two weeks with the changes, resources and plans Allie had suggested and the team had implemented we all noticed a huge difference in the room. The children were engaged and happy and the educators were less stressed and could see the benefits of their efforts.
Overall, Allie offers a service that is responsive to our service’s needs, she is compassionate, knowledgeable and just a real asset to our service. We will be continuing to use her services to support our needs as a service and to help provide positive outcomes for our staff and children.
